Whether it’s a life anniversary, a relationship anniversary, an achievement, a challenge overcome, a life stage… We are here to help you put together a multi-day event that will but honor it completely.
Our work ethics is a #1 priority. We take care of your privacy during the entire process, from the first contact.
From intimate to bigger events, we will prepare everything with your and your guests' comfort in mind.
Cecilia will design your event with you. All that you want is thoughtfully incorporated into your multi-day destination event in Guatemala to flow and be enjoyed to the fullest.
The process:

An introductory call with Cecilia will be arranged so you can share the occasion you want to celebrate and your wishes for your destination event in Guatemala. This includes reviewing details on the size, duration and style of your event, as well as the absolute must-haves that you want to include as a part of it.
You will experience a hint of what it is to work with us and what your destination event in Guatemala can be.
Note: We plan for a minimum of 3 nights/4 days for any celebration, to ensure you and your guests can prepare for and enjoy a major event or more as part of it, and also rest, explore and get a taste of the best of Guatemala.

A proposal for your event will be discussed and tailored with you to ensure that all the special moments you wish for and what you want to experience, are included. This is the phase in which the main plan for your destination event is ready. At this point, we start working to make your celebration a reality with you and your occasion at the core of it!

Cecilia will create the structures for your event, from itineraries and vendor selection, to the introduction of the team members who will assist her and you during your event. Everything ranging from guest confirmations, travel harmonization and steps you have to take to prepare for your event. We will keep in communication with you all along.
Note: A 2-3 day vendor and service tour previous to your event can be arranged and is guided by Cecilia in Guatemala in case you want to taste menus, visit places and meet the people who will provide their services for your event. This will be planned by us as well.

It starts with your arrival in Guatemala on the first day of your event! We will have everything in place to welcome you and your guests to your destination celebration. A concierge will be always at your disposal, and we will be right there for you during the duration of your event.
All the activities and moments planned with you for your celebration will take place with Cecilia as producer. Our work will make everything develop in a smooth, gracious way every day of your destination event. You will only need to focus on BEING PRESENT at your celebration, to let yourself flow and enjoy it in the beautiful land of Guatemala.
